1. Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilites:
- You must have good communication skills.
- You must be determined to accept the challenges.
- Concept selling for web based serviecs.
- Converting the self generated leads into sales.
- Would be responsible for lead generation targets.
- Design, develop, execute and monitor marketing/sales promotion campaigns.
- To explore the possibilities of cross selling and up selling amongst the existing clients.
- To develop assignment proposal and get client approval for same.
- To develop marketing collaterals like web content, brochures, newsletters.
- To develope and manage a team of sales coordinators and billing staff.
- Responsible for sales and collection targets.
Requirements:
- Should be graduate, a go-getter. A person with initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
- minimum 6 months sales experience in any IT/ITeS company in Marketing/Product Management.
- Should be net-savvy, fully conversant with e-marketing/Direct Marketing

2. Web Designer
Responsible for designing/re-designing and creating graphics for high-end web-sites. Capable of producing a variety of logo designs around a single theme. This may also lead to website and stationery, brochure designs. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are mandatory. Must be capable of working within a dynamic, fast-paced team. Must be conscientious, motivated and a self starter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience with user interface design, site navigation and architecture.
- HTML, CSS, PhotoShop, In Design, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, Flash.
- Excellent team player with a flexible, collaborative approach.
- Experience in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Able to explain web design proposals and decisions to stakeholders and project requestors.
- Ability to take ideas from inception to design to production.
- Great communication skills with clients (if necessary) during proofing stage.
- Ability to take a client's abstract description and create a design concept accordingly.
- Creates website examples/mock-ups within short deadlines to present to clients.
- Implements websites that have already been designed or approved.
- You must have basic knowledge of PHP and My SQL.
- May also design marketing material such as, catalogs, brochures, flyers, cards etc.
- Other duties as required.
